ACTION OF VINEGAR ON AN EGG

1-For this experience we need a
- container
- vinegar
- 1 or 2 eggs
- spoon

2- A pair of glasses are necessary for this experience
3- An egg and vinegar are necessary
4- The time for this experience is 10 minutes however it's necessary to leave the egg in the vinegar 24h to 48h
5- The objective here is to make a hard egg bouncing
6- There are some many risks like vinegar splashing in the eyes or the strong smell of the vinegar
7- You have to wear glasses because splashing of vinegar can burn the eyes and do not abuse of vinegar because this strong smell can cause malaise
8- ++ HYPOTHESIS
AN EGG CAN BOUNCE ?

** PROTOCOL**
Fill the container with vinegar and put the egg on this and close the container and leave this 24h to 48h

10- After 2 hours some many little bubbles are formed around the egg shell, this bubbles of gas are in fact carbon dioxide are product by the way of acido-basic reaction between vinegar and calcareous, after multiple hours we see the egg shell coming off and after 24 hours we see the shell separated of the rest.
11- In conclusion the vinegar and the egg shell have an reaction, the vinegar "eat" the shell but the membrane is showy and the egg can bouncing but if you thrown up the egg too high, the membrane break.

Here we can see the difference between 2 eggs, first after 24 hours in vinegar and the second is a normal egg
